    Move folder navigation below the create folder form (bug #889975)
    
    Improves usability by making the navigation appear more as a heading
    above the list of files contained in it.

  In the files area, "Parent folder" is confusing for some users

Bug description:
  A recent usability test concluded: "The label Parent Folder caused a
  significant confusion to many users navigating the files section".
  We're proposing to replace the "Parent folder" text with an up arrow
  icon (more common in file browsers).
