  "Group homepage" should be the first page for an admin

Bug description:
  Like "Dashboard" and "Profile Page" in a user's list of pages, "Group
  homepage" should be the first one in a group for an admin who can edit
  it. Otherwise, it may get lost in the list of group pages.
