For users who authenticate using an authinstance that can't be used with
the 'forgot password' screen (basically any other than internal), the
wording of the failure screen is confusing.
It should, for those users, explain why they cannot change their
password through that screen.
There's also, as far as I remember, an API method to export a change
password URL. We should check if this works, and if the admin can even
set it.
