I've doing some testing on this, if someone wants to comment... he/she
is wellcome ;)

* MOODLE. A new MNET Services is publised (course info) and is used to
retrieve Moodle course/group information. The service in implemented in
an enrolment plugin.

* MAHARA. Any group administrator has a new tab in a group: Moodle
Network Sync.

* MAHARA. The new tab shows two lists: one with remote courses she's
teaching remotely and other with courses the course is in sync. The
group administrator can move courses/groups from this two lists.
