  User search: AND search terms together

Bug description:
  The search results when searching for a user by first name and surname
  displays all user with either the first name or surname in no logical
  order .

  I would like to be able to search by firstname and/or surname , this
  would limit the results especially if searching for common names like
  John.

  It looks like the Mahara site uses google search which returns better
  results than the standard mahara search.
