  LEAP2A export/import should attempt to set view themes

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When exporting LEAP2a, we should export the view theme.
  When importing we should attempt to set the view theme, if specified in the tag, and if the theme exist on the target system.
