  View navigation bar not helpful with many views

Bug description:
  When a user has many views or needs to scroll through a lot of
  profiles because the Mahara installation has thousands, the navigation
  bar at the bottom of the page is not very helpful. The steps only
  allow for the immediate three pages and the first and last to be seen.
  And the first and last page actually have two links - one as text
  (First / Last) and the other in numbers. It would be more useful to
  include further steps, either steps in 5 or 10, e.g.

  First Previous 1 2 3 4 5 ... 10 ... 15 ... 20 ... 25 ... Next Last

  First  Previous ... 4 5 6 7 8 ... 10 ... 15 ... 20 ... 25 ... 30 ...
  35 ... Next Last
