  Allow group members to invite friends & suggest groups to friends

Bug description:
  Add a group setting that would allow all members of the group to send membership invitations to anyone on their friends list (from a link on the group homepage), and an alternative setting that allows group members to spam their friends with suggestions that they join the group.
