  Restricted view for user profile

Bug description:
  The user profile page will behave more like a normal page/view soon,
  where sharing of it will be configurable (Bug #807278).

  Since the profile page is a bit special, instead of displaying the
  'Access denied' message, display the user's profile icon and display
  name, with a message stating that full access to the profile is
  restricted. Also display any options that the user that is viewing the
  profile may have (e.g request friendship, etc.).
