It's hard to get to the group notes area, currently the only way is via
the link you get when configuring a group textbox.  A more obvious link
would be good, but I'm not sure it belongs in the main group navigation.
Rewriting the group navigation with a drop-down Content tab might be
better.

  For the latter, the text boxes, does that still apply now that we have
  "Notes"? I couldn't see "Notes" under groups. Where do they go / where
  do you administer them?
