  Add tagging information to files as well

Bug description:
  When you add tags to a portfolio page, you get additional information below the tag field and not just in the help file: 
  "Enter comma separated tags for this item. Items tagged with 'profile' are displayed in your sidebar."

  This information should also be added to the tag field in "Files" as
  files can also be tagged with "profile" and are then displayed in the
  sidebar.

  I don't think the profile tag extends to journal entries. Or does
  somebody else have a different experience?
