  Improvements to /admin/users/suspended.php

Bug description:
  Additionally, 6 more things should be added to the table in Mahara
  1.5:

  1. The suspension date that was added in bug #911602 should also appear on /admin/users/suspended.php 
  2. The link to the account settings page of the user: /admin/users/edit.php?id= so that an admin can quickly check if it is really this user that should be suspended
  3. display name: not all users have a telling real name but some are known more by their display name
  4. email address: esp. useful if users have multiple accounts to distinguish them
  5. login, see 4.
  6. remoteuser: esp. for managed accounts and in the case that a user has more than one account
