    Fixed New Entry button display.
    
    Added class to bloglist.tpl and css to style.css
    to prevent the new entry button from being squashed and not displaying on one line.

  New Entry button not displaying properly

Bug description:
  Using Mahara 1.40. When viewing the list of journals, the 'New Entry'
  button is squeezed into a narrow column that forces it to display on
  two lines and looks very messy - if viewed from within a  journal the
  New Entry button displays properly. Have tried this on a couple of
  default themes (Ultima and Aqua) with the same result.
