  Include the option to open "Logged in links and resources" in a new
  web browser window

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  New

Bug description:
  To improve user experience it would be good to include an option to
  open the links in:

  "Logged in links and resources"

  and

  "Public in links and resources"

  in a new web browser window.

  Right now if you select a link it takes you away from your Mahara site
  and that might not always be desirable.
