  Two "Back" buttons on the "Preview" page

Bug description:
  There are two "Back" buttons when a creating page is in Preview mode.

  Mahara 1.4 (latest build)

  When a page is created and the user click on the Preview page button,
  two "Back" buttons appear on the top right corner, instead of one.
