In htdocs/lang/en.utf8/admin.php string uploadcsverrorunspecifiedproblem
the link to the bug tracker is still the old one from eduforge and needs
to be replaced with https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+filebug

A new string needs to be created (uploadcsverrorunspecifiedproblem1 is
fine) so that it is picked up by the translators and they can change
their URL as well.

This should be the only instance where eduforge still appears. If not,
changing other strings would also be beneficial.
