  Change "Your plans" into "Plans"

Bug description:
  blocktype.plans.php on master

  I propose to rename
  htdocs/artefact/plans/blocktype/plans/lang/en.utf8/blocktype.plans.php:$string['title']
  = 'Your plans' into "Plans" as we do not use pronouns in the titles of
  blocktypes anymore.
