Hi Ali,

I have IE9 version 9.0.8112.16421 here. The plans are expanding
appropriately for me.

Do you have a different IE9 version? Or is there anything running that
could be preventing javascript from loading properly?

  Plans and CPD Description sends user to pages area

Bug description:
  When clicking on the links to expand Plans and CPD description I get
  sent back to the pages area with Internet Explorer 9 and works
  accordingly with Firefox.
