Hi Melissa

Yeah I have the exact same version of IE9. Active scripting is enabled
and java is also enabled within IE9 Add-ons. I will look further though.

Can't seem to determine anything stopping java loading. I tried with IE8
and the links works accordingly.

  Plans and CPD Description sends user to pages area

Bug description:
  When clicking on the links to expand Plans and CPD description I get
  sent back to the pages area with Internet Explorer 9 and works
  accordingly with Firefox.
