Ali,

Still interested to see if you've been able to isolate this.

Some things to try, if you haven't already:

* Put a plan by itself in a view, no other blocks. (this will eliminate other javascript which might be conflicting)
* Test on demo.mahara.org
* Check with ie9 on other computers

  Plans and CPD Description sends user to pages area

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When clicking on the links to expand Plans and CPD description I get
  sent back to the pages area with Internet Explorer 9 and works
  accordingly with Firefox.
