    Add a new lang string on choosetemplate.php (Bug 964283)
    
    Add the string "copyvieworcollection" for the title
    of the page to read "Copy a page or collection" as
    both can be copied from choosetemplate.php.

  Change lang string to "Copy a page or collection"

Bug description:
  On /view/choosetemplate.php the title of the page reads "Copy a page"
  though you can also copy a collection. Thus, the updated lang string
  should read "Copy a page or collection".
