    Change file quota string to not include MB (Bug 909831)
    
    "File quota" should not have MB added to it because
    usually we have a dropdown which can show the quota in
    B, KB, MB, GB.

  Account settings page in admin area should show used quota

Bug description:
  When an admin looks at a user account at /admin/user/edit.php, he
  can't see how much disk quota this particular user has used. Being
  able to see that helps to determine more easily if the quota shall be
  increased / decreased etc. Not every admin can check the DB. ;-)
