    Submitting tags over 128 characters throws postgres errors Bug#864926
    
    + truncate the tag before insert it into the database

  [WAR] 5f (lib/errors.php:749) Failed to get a recordset: postgres7 error: [-1: ERROR:  value too long for type character varying(128)] in adodb_throw(INSERT INTO "view_tag" ("view", "tag") VALUES (?, ?), Array)
  Command was: INSERT INTO "view_tag" ("view", "tag") VALUES (?, ?) and values was (6,overflooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow)
