Same issue experienced at University of Kent.

Adding profile and resume blocks to a page takes around 1 - 2 minutes
for the options box to load, worst case was over 3 minutes.  Seems to
affect administrators more so than standard users, however the waiting
time for standard users is not insignificant.

Occurs in all browsers - IE, FF, Chrome, Safari.  Currently running
version 1.4.

  The page editor hangs when profile or resume blocks are dragged into a
  page. Here's a video from Firefox 11:

  The same thing happens for another user in Chrome.

  Sam says this has been happening for years. She is currently on Mahara
  1.4.

  I could not replicate it on demo.mahara.org and the user with the
  Chrome issue could neither. But it's clearly happening on their
  installations.
