Title:
  User Language Preference

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  If user has chosen language while logged out save it as their language
  preference.

  This fact ignores if the user has language preference stored in the
  database, therefore it saves the language the user set while he is
  logged out.

  Solution, 
  Take the language prefernce from the database (if any) and store it in the session other wise the approche is working fine
