Hi Fahad,

Instead of overwriting htdocs/theme/raw/static/images/site-logo.png, you
should make a new theme with your logo. That way it won't get overridden
the next time you update mahara.
https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/Customising/Themes has some
information on theme creation. It's a bit out of date, but the concept
hasn't changed.
