This was intended to be that way. You may wish to use the same content
but a different title in another page. Thus, to achieve what you wish to
be able to do is to have a configuration which allows you to say whether
you want to clone the title or leave it as is and thus not only clone
the content of the note but also its title.

  When changing the title of a text box here /artefact/internal/notes.php it changes do not take place in the 'clones' contained in other pages.
