Sorry if I explained things a bit weird. :-( I was just trying to be
conscious that though the way Moodle does it looks nice, it may not be
the most ideal solution.

  wat about the opportunity to install and upgrade language packs like
  in moodle - using the GUI?

  Is it possible to integrate this feature into the admin-/plugin-site?
