How does the number of files affect this? Does it really only happen if
the user has more than 1 file?

  Deleting files copied from another user causes deleting the original
  files

Bug description:
  Version: master
  Assumptions
   - User A has several files and sub-folders (more than 3 files and 3 sub-folders) in a folder XYZ, and a page which has the folder XYZ block 
   - User A share the page to user B with "Allow copying"
  Actions
   - User B copy the page from A
   - User B delete the folder "viewfiles" which contains the folder XYZ copied from A
  Unexpected results
   - User A cant access to files in the folder XYZ  anymore.

  System: ubuntu, mysql, php 5.3
