standpoint to replace the "Sign in with Persona" text link with this
graphical (css+html -- not an image) button:

Bug description:
  BrowserID underwent a rebranding / final branding and is now Mozilla
  Persona. That change should be reflected in Mahara as well so that
  people know they are at the right place.
