On plugin configuration pages the name of the plugin is shown in a
curios way:

*Erweiterungen Verwaltung: interaction: forum*  at http://mydomain/admin/extensions/pluginconfig.php?plugintype=interaction&pluginname=forum
The heading is build from three elements: 
1. Plugin administration 'lang string'
2. Plugin type name 
3. Plugin name
Between each element is an ':'.  The plugin type and plugin name are not translatable. as far as I've seen the strings are in the language pack and I translated them. But they are not visible in the page.

Same at http://mydomain/admin/extensions/plugins.php. type names for plugins are not translatetable.

Just for your information: what I did:

The complete German language pack is translated now in Launchpad. Its
completely installed at the system. I checked most of the pages now for
incorrect translations, better wording and spelling errors. There is no
cache problem with wrong texts, because then other changes would also
not be visible.
