    Remember current page when changing limit (Bug #1017280)
    
    When on another page, and the limit is changed. The page is kept the
    same (the number may change, but the same entries are shown)
    like the old page: admin/users/search.php

  pagination dropdown selector doesn't remember current page when
  changing limit

Bug description:
  An example is /group/members.php?id=...
  The dropdown should appear when multiple pages are present, if you move to a page other than 1, then change the limit, it will reset to page 1. 

  The old system, /admin/users/search.php
  When on another page, and the limit is changed. The page is kept the same (the number may change, but the same entries are shown).
