  Users can't edit collections in their own portfolio

Bug description:
  I seem to have lost the links to editing collections in my portfolio.
  I can edit a group but not my own.... If I recall I started the
  evening with the ability but lost it after adding my last loose page
  to the collection and then could not find the links anymore...
