This could be done nicely as a configurable option in the block, and
maybe change the default to something higher.

  Increase limit on group members block

Bug description:
  from a teacher:

  He would like to use the "Group members" block that can be put on the
  group homepage to display all his students. Having to go to the
  "Members" tab is not so nice for that.

  He would like to have the limit of the "Group members" increased
  beyond 20 to 40 or "what ever the highest classroom roll would be".
  That's a bit tricky as the upper limit depends on whether you have a
  class at school or at university.

  I think increasing the limit to 40 or maybe better 100 would be a good
  thing.
