    Update column 'path' when adding a new topic or post

    Add a new topic: path = <topicid> (10 digits leading by 0)
    Add a new post:  path = <post's parent path>/<postid>

  Paginate forum posts in a topic

Bug description:
  When forum topics get too long, the system runs out of memory.
  Therefore, forum posts within a topic should be paginated.
