  users select save for blocktype rather than upload for file

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  When uploading new files in the blocktype in the view editor, it's
  quite easy to accidentally select your file and then hit "save" for
  the blocktype rather than "upload" for the file upload.

  This results in the file being uploaded nonetheless, but it also
  freezes up the editor requiring a page refresh.

  Not checked on IEs.

  Firefox is affected.

  Chrome is not affected (due to different default behaviour in file
  element)
