  File name is not marked as required field

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  When you edit a file and get the metadata screen, the "Name" field is
  a required field, but it is not marked as such. It would be more
  consistent if it were red and had a * after "Name" as in other places
  around the site to indicate immediately that this field needs to be
  filled in.
