  Choose internal page / collection URL

Bug description:
  Users may want to choose to link a page / collection in a text in a
  text box or journal entry. Currently, they have to manually copy and
  paste the URL. It would be better if they could select it from a drop-
  down menu (like the one for submitting pages / collections to a group)
  in the "Insert link" popup (or something similar). This should happen
  without having to attach the page / collection to that artefact first.

  Note: Page authors will have to ensure that everybody viewing the page
  has access to the linked page / collection.
