  Lang string missing for group editability and positioning issue

  Log in as regular user and not as group admin:

  https://skitch.com/anitsirk/etcgm/group-editability

  A lang string is missing when you are on /group/find.php for a group
  with editability dates. Furthermore, the line sits in between the
  number of members and the name of the admin, but it should be moved
  right before "1 member - Admin User".

  I mark this as high bug because it is pretty much 1.6 critical.
