    Rename BrowserID to Persona (bug #1030033)
    
    - Rename BrowserID to Persona
    - Replace the login via 'BrowserID' button with standard graphical
    Persona button.
    - Add Persona logo
    - Update css style of all availlable themes: raw, aqua, default, primary
    school, fresh, sunset, and ultima.
    - Change Persona button background for aqua theme

Title:
  Rename BrowserID to Persona

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  BrowserID underwent a rebranding / final branding and is now Persona.
  That change should be reflected in Mahara as well so that people know
  they are at the right place.

  Given that the underlying protocol / technology behind Persona is
  still called BrowserID, there is no need to change the name of the
  auth plugin in the code or to change non-user-facing strings. The
  plugin should however be presented as "Persona" to admins and users.
