    Display "Editable" dates on /group/mygroups.php

    After join a group, an user can see the Editable dates on
    /group/mygroups.php.

  Editability setting not visible on /group/mygroups.php once you joined
  the group

Bug description:
  Once you joined a group as regular member, you don't see the
  "Editable" dates anymore on /group/mygroups.php You can only see them
  on the group homepage.

  It would be good if both admins and other members would see this
  setting also on their "My groups" overview to be remembered about this
  setting. Don't know when it got lost.
