Son, I can't reproduce this.

Were there any other things that might have influenced it? Did you
change to another langpack, etc?

  Drop-down menu does not work properly on Chromium using responsive design.
  The following themes have problems with drop-down menu:
   - Fresh
   - Sunset
   - Ultima
  The drop-down menu disappears when you drap the mouse down in order to choose a menu item
