When I change the Zoom function of Chromium to 110% or 90%, there will
be a small gap between the navigation menu and the drop-down menu.
Therefore, the drop-down menu will disappear when I drag down the mouse.

  Browser: Chromium 18.0.1025
  
  Drop-down menu does not work properly on Chromium using responsive design.
  The following themes have problems with drop-down menu:
   - Fresh
   - Sunset
   - Ultima
- The drop-down menu disappears when you drap the mouse down in order to choose a menu item

- This issue only happens when I use Zoom-In/Out of the Chromium.
