I think this is rather an issue with the paginator not being the new
one. The old paginator only showed the previous and next page whereas
the new paginator shows a bit more and has fancy algorithm.

Can you please check if that is the case? The new paginator is used on
the user search in the admin area for example.

Bug description:
  It defaults to showing pages for a limit of 10, but only displays a
  limit of (by default) 5. This means for 15 items, only 2 pages are
  shown, when next is clicked, the pages correct themselves to 3.

  This also happens at /artefact/blog/view/

  I would suggest changing this to use the dropdown selector, defaulting
  to a chosen number.
