Hello Dirk,

Sorry for not yet having documented the responsive design. Had I done so
you would have known that this is not a bug. On
https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=4559 we asked some
time ago what people would like to be able to do on a mobile device.

As smartphones are often too small to perform administrative
functionalities, we hid that as well as some other functionalities, e.g.
editing of page content.
