Couldn't "TinyMCE gone" (as long as it is replaced by a regular text
box) be a good thing? If you don't have JavaScript you may not be able
to use TinyMCE either and wish for a simple text box. Or is that an
incorrect assumption?

  Browser: Javascript turns off

  When creating/editing a journal's entry, there are some issues: (different from these  in the #1052430)
   - TinyMCE gone
   - No link: 'Show my tags'
   - When editing the 'Attachments' field,
     - Button 'Close' does not work
     - Button 'Select' only works for editing an entry
   - Button 'Save entry' only works if we don't touch the 'Attachments' field
