Browser: Javascript turned off

There are more Javascript issues:

 1. on page /artefact/resume/index.php
   - No 'Edit' button in 'Cover letter'
   - The content of 'Cover letter' in HTML format is not displayed.
   - 'Calendar' in 'Personal information' button don't work
   - 'Save' button in 'Personal information' don't work

 2. on page /artefact/resume/employment.php
   - The contents of 'Education history' and 'Employment history' are not displayed.

 3. on page /artefact/resume/achievements.php
   - The contents are not displayed.

 4. on page /artefact/resume/goals.php
   - The contents  in HTML format are not displayed.

 5. on page /artefact/resume/skills.php
   - The contents  in HTML format are not displayed.

 6. on page /artefact/resume/interests.php
   - The contents  in HTML format are not displayed.
   - 'Save' button works but it redirects to the 'Skills' tab
