More issues:

 - 'Custom theme configuration' fieldset should be aligned with the dropdown list 'Theme'
 - There is no reset colour check box in 'Custom theme configuration'

  Browser: non-javascript

  If there is only one institution or you are editing an institution, 
   - 'Default membership period' is always disable
   - Expanding fieldset 'Locked fields' does not work.
