Test cases

To access this page
1. Login as an user
2. On the main menu, click Portfolio/Share
3. If you dont have a page, create one
4. Click 'Edit access' button

Make sure all information are correct and buttons work properly.

There are some differences between the javascript and non-js version
In js version, the access list of pages/collections will not be updated in database until clicking the button 'Save'
In non-js version, clicking the buttons 'Add' and 'Delete' will update the access list in database.

  Platform: all
  Browser: Javascript turned off

  Issues:
   - 'Add' buttons for 'Share with' disappear
   - 'Share with my groups', and 'Share with users' text disappear
   - 'Add' buttons for 'Share with my groups' disappear
   - 'Share with other users and groups' and 'Advanced options' links don't work
   - Clicking 'All' or 'None' links does not work
