To access this page
1. Login as an institution/site admin
2. On the main menu, click Administration
3. Click Institutions
3. If you dont have an institutions (except for Mahara), Add one
4. Click 'Edit' button on the last column

Make sure all information are correct and buttons work properly.

  Browser: non-javascript

  If there is only one institution or you are editing an institution, 
   - 'Default membership period' is always disable
   - Expanding fieldset 'Locked fields' does not work.
